Katie and Chuck's newest senior cohousing development, Wolf Creek Lodge in Grass Valley, California is sure to win them more awards. Wolf Creek Lodge, scheduled to begin building this summer('08), will have 30 units and a large Common House built on 7.9 acres of wooded land sloping down to beautiful Wolf Creek. One-third of the land will be left as open space. The Lodge is walkable to shops and services. I have been a member since 2006 and am excited about moving in! Pleast visit us a http://www.wolfcreeklodge.org.
