Cohousing in the Blue Ridge Mountains

The Charlotessville Daily Progress has an article on the first cohousing community in central Virginia, Blue Ridge Cohousing.

For example, he says, he cooks meals for another family on Mondays and they cook for his on another day of the week. Residents end up driving less because community members interact in a shared space, such as a clubhouse, he says, and porches face each other.
